Returns Policy

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  2. Please go to bemediwise.com, and click on ‘contact us’ found at the bottom of the website. Select ‘Help with my online shop order/delivery’ option. Please provide details of your order as requested on the form, including clear details of why you would like to return the item(s) in the message section.
    Following a review of your request the Customer Service team will provide you with a freepost return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. If postage is paid by customers they cannot be refunded as we have a freepost system where no postage is required.
  3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have received the returned goods and have processed your refund. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.

Cooling Off Period

Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed, opened , and/or where any shrink wrap has been removed or damaged.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  1. Go to bemediwise.com, and click on ‘contact us’ found at the bottom of the website. Select ‘Help with my online shop order/delivery’ option. Please provide details of your order as requested, including clear details of why you would like to return the item(s) in the message section.
  2. A member of the customer service team will review your request. Providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above the team will make contact with you on next steps and additional information.
  3. Where the customer service team confirm your return, please wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  4. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a courier service to return the item(s) purchased under the cooling off period, including paying any fees applicable. Please kindly arrange for an appropriate courier service including paying their respective fee’s should you wish to make a return. We are unable to provide a refund for any costs incurred in returning items to us.
