Our free C&C service means we will endeavour to have your item ready to collect from Mediwise Pharmacy (32 Brighton Road, Salfords, Redhill, RH1 5BX) on the same day if your items are available in store and ordered before 1pm*
Click & Collect (C&C) in store | FREE
Same Day C&C – Orders before 1pm
- Order by 1pm for same day C&C (Monday to Friday) – if your items are in stock at Mediwise Pharmacy.
- Orders for items not available immediately in store will be ready to collect within 2 to 3 business days where possible.
- The C&C service is available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), subject to store opening hours.
- You will be notified by email if your items are available for same day or when next available.
- You will receive an email and text to let you know your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order.
C&C – Orders after 1pm
- Orders after 1pm ( and placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday) will be available next working day**, if your items are in stock at Mediwise Pharmacy. If the order is after 5pm it will be ready to collect in 2 – 3 business days where possible.
- Orders for items not available in store will be ready to collect within 2 to 3 business days where possible.
- You will receive an email and text to let you know your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order.
If you do not collect your C&C order within 7 days, it will be cancelled, and refunded.
** Due to busy bank holiday periods there may be a delay in next day click and collect.
