5.6 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.
5.7 The CBD Supplier, does not sell or distribute, any products that are in violations of the United Kingdom Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are in compliance with local legislation. Our products are not medicinal, nor are they intended to treat or cure any ailments.
6. Refund Policy
In the event of being unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Import duties are non-refundable. The product must be unopened and returned to the related supplier within 14 days of receiving.
7. Vendors
7.1 Any products you add to The CBD Supplier must be your own and you must have permission to sell.
7.2 Any products submitted to The CBD Supplier must include a link to the product COA.
7.3 No medical or health claims attributed to a product in the product description.
7.4 The CBD Supplier handles all payments for products sold via the website. Payment is made on the 1st and 14th of each month to vendors.
7.5 Before your account is verified, we first agree on a commission percentage per sale, excluding Postage and Packaging.
7.6 Returns and refunds should be managed by the vendor.
7.7 The CBD Supplier reserves the right to suspend your account without notice. Any payments will be held on account until all orders have been successfully fulfilled.
7.8 No CBD Flower/Buds are allowed on the website, nor are CBD products targeting pets.
